At times when I am despondent, I feel like my life should be over? There are times when I feel that God could not possibly use me…I make the same mistakes over and over again.
There are so many other people more talented, more committed, smarter, and more capable than I am. But God’s word tells me that” He Who began a good work in me will be faithful to complete it.” He will complete it. I am His work?!
What an awesome concept…that God chooses to work in me and that He has a purpose for my life. This very concept gives me hope because if it’s up to God Himself, then there Is a purpose because He has a plan for me! And He is Always Awesomely Faithful to complete every good work, so I can trust in His ability and His faithfulness to complete His work in me.
So I can face another day, knowing that He is still working in me…if I will just invite Him in and let Him change and use me.
Will you let Him work in your life today?
Stop and ask Him to come back in and do His work in you.
Then get excited about your future with God in charge of it.
